From Liz Casman: Susie died in 1990 of breast cancer. She was a nutritionist, a jogger, had 2 kids, a happy marriage and just plain loved life. The last time I spoke with her she mentioned how amazed she was that having kids late in life was so much fun, like it was a well-guarded secret. A beautiful person, I feel lucky to have known her.

We stayed in touch up till the end. She was so cute, smart, funny and full of life. We were best of friends in High School and had some hilarious and memorable experiences while vacationing in Ft Lauderdale and camping on the Chesapeake Bay. Sorry, but I can't share these with you all here. I miss my little friend.
