Steven Rosner

Upon HS graduation I worked for DC Highways and Traffic for a short period and graduated as a Civil Engineer with a minor in English from Tri-State University. While working for the Navy I was transferred to a division that wrote project justifications. I continued to write justifications and manage construction programs for 38 years. I worked at the Pentagon and Andrews AFB for the Air Force and Air Guard respectively. Sally and I will celebrate 40 years of marriage in Dec 2015. We have kept our house in Rockville and own a condo on the Susquehanna River which is 30 miles north of Baltimore.
